About

This work is sacred to me...

I've lived and trained in CA, Chicago and Portland, and have called the PNW home for 30 years now. I come from a family of social workers, teachers and healers. My first church was the Sierras and the Pacific coast, and nature remains a constant place of regulation and connection to Spirit for me, the something larger that is felt experientially. Music, art, playfulness and creativity are also essential parts of how I create and maintain my wholeness. Also chocolate. My cats. Yoga & Zumba. Family and friends. Finding rejuvenation in my garden. Laughter always and whenever possible.
